Potato Pancakes With Smoked Salmon Appetizers for New Year’s
You will need:
500g potatoes (can be less), 1 bulb onion, 1 red onion, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. l. flour, 200 grams of sour cream, 200 g smoked salmon, pepper (if desired), salt, vegetable oil
Potatoes clean and rub on a grater, then thoroughly wring out, mix and squeeze again. Onions clean, finely chop and add to the potatoes. Lightly whisk the egg with the yolk and add it to the potatoes together with the flour. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. We spread the dough with a spoon to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. It is better to spread a little to get little pancakes and beautiful.
Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Ready-made pancakes spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Pancakes smear cream on top, put a little chopped red onion half rings and pieces of fish.
