Salmon With Avocado Mousse, Appetizers Recipes for New Year’s
You will need:
2 avocado 1 lime or lemon, 100 ml whipping cream (preferably 35%), 1 sheet of gelatin, 100 g of smoked salmon, pepper, salt
Salmon cut into small cubes, sprinkled with lime juice, pepper and add a little zest. All mix thoroughly and remove in the refrigerator. Soak the sheet of gelatin in cold water.
