Breaded Mushrooms, Appetizers Recipes for New Year’s
You will need:
200 g of small, neat mushrooms, 2 eggs, 100 ml milk, 50 g flour, 50 g of breadcrumbs
1-2 cup vegetable oil (the exact number depends on your fry pot; mushrooms must float in the oil.), Pepper (to taste) salt
