Sunday Breakfast Recipe Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- Egg – 3 pcs
- Milk – 600 ml
- Sugar – 100 g
- Starch – 70 g
- Vanilla struchkovaya- 6 g
- Cream – 175 ml
- Flowers (or peel) Orange – 25 g
Dough:
- Flour – 250 g
- Sugar – 250 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 150 ml
Sunday Breakfast Recipe Preparation:
1. Prepare the shortbread dough from flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Separately, beat whites with a pinch of salt. Add egg yolks, milk and sugar, beat. Gradually add the flour, still whisking.
2. Mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, starch, cream and vanilla, add flowers or orange zest.
3. Take the round tins with a diameter of 7 cm. Put on the bottom of each mold 25 g dough, sprinkle with cinnamon to form a bottom. A top mold pour 150 g of a creamy mass. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, put the tins and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool.
