The cheesecake! We love it. It is a fresh sweet taste. everyone wants it. that we can customize to our liking with ingredients. we own pace give free rein to the imagination in decorating. which can have a mood or simply original. the depending on your preference. Let’s see how to decorate a classic Christmas-themed for American dessert. Small spoiler: you will need candy and various sweets.

The Cake Cheesecake Decorated with Christmas Candy

The ingredients in this recipe for the base:

  • 1 cup and a half of type Digestive biscuits crumbs.
  • 1/2 cup pecans + toasted and chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter for the filling.
  • 4 packs of Philadelphia classic.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  • 4 beaten eggs.
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips.

For the topping:

  • 2 cups sour cream.
  • 1/ 4 cup of sugar.

Candy assorted Christmas-themed.

Put the biscuits in a food processor with the sugar and chopped walnuts. and then add the butter. mix well and spread the mixture on the bottom of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pressed with the back of a spoon to level the surface. then bake at 180°C for 5 minutes. and let cool on a wire rack. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together the Philadelphia, sugar and vanilla extract. until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. stir vigorously after each addition. and finally, pour the chocolate chips. stir well and then again transferred to the biscuit base. The cooking time should be done in a water bath in the oven. then make sure that the bottom of the pan does not incomers liquids.

Take a large baking pan; pour in about 3cm of water. and then resting on the pan. Bake all at 165 °C for half an hour. until the surface of the cheesecake was not a bit ‘ darkened and became opaque. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the sugar. stir and sprinkle the cake with this topping after which continue the normal cooking for another 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the water bath. the misshapen gentle and let it cool completely before decorating it with Christmas candy. (beautiful are those in the shape of Santa Claus or snowflake). crushed candy canes, chocolates and crunchy. If you want even more flavor, sprinkle with chocolate icing and serve. This cake will surely make children happy, but even the greatest!
